Quang Ninh - On the afternoon of December 15, in the central ward of Ha Long City, authorities successfully removed a bomb weighing nearly 230kg.

After receiving the news, the Ha Long City Military Command and local authorities organized a blockade of the scene, and at the same time reported to the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command to mobilize the Engineering force to the scene to survey, assess the level of danger and organize the removal of the bomb.
