The subjects of application are departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts; vocational training institutions, vocational training establishments in the area, organizations and individuals related to vocational training and job creation for young people.
The regulations clearly state that coordination activities are carried out in accordance with the principles of compliance with legal regulations, in accordance with the functions, tasks and powers of each agency to better perform vocational training and job creation for young people in the city.
At the same time, ensure regular, close coordination and timely information exchange between agencies, units and localities on vocational training and employment for young people, promptly resolve difficulties and problems that arise.
Along with that, applying information technology in coordination between agencies, units and localities in vocational training and job creation for young people, sharing data between units and localities contributes to improving the effectiveness of state management, in line with the city's digital transformation program.
Providing consultation, introduction, and connection between domestic and foreign labor supply and demand for young people through collecting information on young people's job search needs. Collecting labor recruitment information from businesses, associations, and employers.
On that basis, process, analyze, synthesize and forecast the labor market, and transmit it to relevant agencies and units. Provide labor recruitment information to agencies, localities, and vocational training institutions participating in training for young people to provide vocational counseling; advise, introduce, and solve employment problems for young people who want to learn a trade and find a job.
Along with that, organize regular transaction sessions at 3 locations of the City Employment Service Center; organize mobile job transaction sessions for young people in the city; consult and introduce job connections for young people at appropriate and effective times; mobilize and encourage employers to prioritize recruiting suitable job positions for young people.
In addition, create conditions to support, connect, and attract businesses with the function of sending workers to work abroad to the city to advise and orient young people who want to work abroad.
