At around 10:00 a.m. on November 14, an apartment on the 5th floor of the A2 apartment complex, Pham Ngoc Thach street (Kim Lien ward, Hanoi) suddenly caught fire. People who discovered the incident immediately called 114.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area 10 - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi City Police dispatched 2 specialized vehicles and many officers and soldiers to the scene, deployed fire extinguishers and provided escape instructions.
According to the leader of Kim Lien Ward Police, as soon as the report was received, the ward police force quickly arrived, organized initial fire fighting and diverted traffic to support the professional force. "About 15 minutes later, the fire was extinguished, ensuring safety for the people. The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified," said the leader of Kim Lien Ward Police.
