Initial information, the accident occurred at around 6:50 p.m. on April 28 at the East-West road of VSIP Industrial Park (Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong).
At this time, the tractor-trailer driven by Mr. L.V.D (born in 1975, residing in Ninh Binh province) was heading towards VSIP to Road 359 when it collided with Ms. N.T.C (born in 1954, residing in Duong Quan, Thuy Nguyen) carrying a bicycle onto the road.
The collision injured Ms. C and she was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At 8:45 p.m. the same day, Mrs. C died. The preliminary cause was that Ms. C crossed the street illegally.
