Information from the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) on September 26 said that, implementing the direction of the Vietnam Power Corporation (EVN) on reporting to the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, EVNSPC has just issued a document requesting leaders of affiliated power companies and Power Management Teams in 8 southern provinces and cities to directly participate in all meetings with voters of the National Assembly Delegation in the locality to adequately answer the issues raised by National Assembly Delegates and voters related to the electricity industry.
EVNSPC also requires units to monitor and update the National Assembly meeting schedule to prepare plans to ensure safe and continuous power supply at National Assembly television stations in provinces and cities (if any). Units proactively grasp the situation and quickly resolve the concerns of the National Assembly Delegation and voters' recommendations.

In addition, EVNSPC's power units also organized working sessions, directly reported, and provided reports to members of the National Assembly Delegation, including delegates who do not live and work in the locality. In addition, units focus on receiving opinions, providing full information, and answering problems of National Assembly deputies in the spirit of listening and listening, in order to create consensus and support, and share of deputies with difficulties in electricity supply and use.
EVNSPC also noted that power units should focus on investment in power supply, electricity supply, business and customer service in the management area; review the results of implementing commitments with localities and voters; difficulties and problems in compensation and site clearance affecting the progress of power projects in the area and propose solutions to local authorities to resolve them during the coordination process;
The report sent to the National Assembly Delegation clearly stated the situation of exploiting the information page https://sudungdien.evn.com.vn to monitor the electricity use of agencies, administrative units and enterprises of key energy-using establishments in the area, and proposed solutions to coordinate with localities to implement electricity saving targets according to Directive No. 20/CT-TTg dated June 8, 2023 of the Prime Minister on increasing electricity savings in the period of 2023-2025 and the following years; Adjustment and shifting of loads in the area.
The report also made recommendations from the electricity industry to the National Assembly Delegation to improve the efficiency of production and business activities of power companies in the area providing electricity such as: power supply, compensation and site clearance for construction of power projects, etc.

EVNSPC also requires power companies to regularly update the production and business activities at https://evn.com.vn and http://evnspc.vn; coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, and local agencies in ensuring power supply in the area to update information, serve the reporting work, respond to opinions of National Assembly deputies and recommendations of voters in the area.
EVNSPC also requires power companies to act as focal points, closely coordinate with units and partners in the area such as: Southern Power Project Management Board (PMB), National Power Transmission Corporation, power generation companies, power plants... (under EVN); Southern Power Project Management Board, Southern Power Grid Project Management Board... (under EVNSPC) to grasp and fully synthesize relevant information affecting the power supply situation in the area to report and respond to the opinions of National Assembly deputies and voters' recommendations.
