Hanoi - Outside the Capital Youth Park (Hai Ba Trung District), the fence has been lowered, bringing a new look to this area.

Regularly exercising at the Capital Youth Park (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi), Mr. Tran Duc Duong (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) said that the demolition of the fence has helped create open space, connecting the area inside and outside the park.

"The lowering of fences and renovating the sidewalks outside has brought a clean, airy space to the park. People walking on the sidewalk are also more comfortable" - Mr. Duong said.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) hopes that the remaining items inside the park will soon be renovated and renovated to attract many people in the area to play and exercise.

According to research, the Capital Youth Park (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) has an area of over 26 hectares, with a total investment of over 280 billion VND.

It was once expected to become a green lung, serving the entertainment and exercise needs of Hanoi people. But after a long time of use, the park has seriously degraded, creating a shabby image.

During many years of operation, the park has undergone many changes in management units. By March 2024, the Hanoi People's Committee officially assigned the entire park management authority to the Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee to gradually turn this place into an open park, meeting the needs of the community.

In November 2024, the People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung District implemented the demolition of the fence separating the park from Vo Thi Sau and Thanh Nhan streets.

According to Lao Dong Newspaper on February 16, about 600m of the fence has been removed, bringing a spacious and new look to the park. Along with that, the sidewalk in the area has also been renovated and completely newly paved.
