The project is expected to have 500 visitors/day (175,000 visitors/year).
The area implementing the Eco-tourism Area No. 02 project has an area of about 68 hectares in sub-areas 102 and 105A in Trung My commune (Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc) with majestic natural landscapes and great potential for tourism development with the goal of exploiting existing landscape values, providing tourism, recreation and entertainment services to bring interesting experiences to domestic and foreign tourists, creating an organic and harmonious relationship between people and nature and the environment, while acting responsibly to make the natural environment sustainable and rich, serving the interests of people both now and in the future.
The project has environmentally sensitive factors because it belongs to Tam Dao National Park - a Conservation Area; The project has a total area of 68.00 hectares and has been leased special-use forest environment by Tam Dao National Park for eco-tourism, resort and entertainment services.
According to the EIA, the total volume of raw materials used for project construction is 71,142.74 tons.

The project is expected to be implemented in 36 months. The total investment capital of the project is 731,480,000,000 VND. Of which, the investor's own capital is 181,480,000,000 VND, and mobilized capital is 550,000,000,000 VND from bank loans.
