Then impersonate, send messages, send photos and edited clips, leave contact phone numbers, entice scammers, and ask for money transfers.
The Department of Information and Communications informs units and localities, informs cadres, civil servants and public employees to clearly understand the tricks and forms of fraud; communicates to people, proactively prevent, do not panic and do not follow money transfer requests; in case of receiving threatening or fraudulent messages, images or clips, promptly notify the police for advice, support and coordination with relevant agencies for handling.
