According to the reporter's records at the scene, the layer of red matter covered the road surface, stretching for kilometers, flowing on both sides of the road.

Red water overflows into drainage ditches along the route, many places become large swamps, giving off an unpleasant burning smell.

According to the investigation, the amount of liquid was determined to originate near the area of Hong Phat Thai Nguyen Trading Company Limited.

At this time, many workers are using water hoses to wash the road, one in the group said the red layer of the substance is ore but it is not clear what type.

Talking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of the People's Committee of Tich Luong Ward confirmed the above incident.
