The project to build a Cultural - Sports House in Hai An ward aims to meet the needs of cultural, sports and entertainment activities of local people. The main item is the Cultural - Sports House, 6.2m high, with a construction area of 2,150 m2, total floor area of 3,714 m2. The project is designed modernly, with high aesthetics, suitable for use, combined with functional spaces such as a children's cultural house, a library, and an indoor sports area. In addition, the project also invests in the synchronous construction of auxiliary items and technical infrastructure systems outside the house such as: gates, fences, yards, internal roads, flower tanks, underground water tanks, parking lots combined with power generation; power supply system, lighting, water supply, drainage, ensuring completeness in terms of functions and architectural landscape.
The Flower Garden Construction Investment Project in Trang Cat Ward on a land area of about 10,219 m2, including the following items: Landfill, walking path, playground, trees, grass, water supply and drainage system, culverts through ditches, synchronous power supply and lighting system; concrete road connecting to the existing road in the project area...
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Cao Huy Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee acknowledged and praised the efforts and sense of responsibility of the units and forces participating in the implementation and completion of the projects on schedule, ensuring quality. The Chairman of the Ward People's Committee emphasized that the installation of signs on the works not only demonstrates the enthusiastic competitive spirit to achieve achievements to celebrate the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030 but also contributes to concretizing the goal of building Hai An ward to develop comprehensively, civilly and modernly. This is also a clear demonstration of the effectiveness of the two-level local government model, constantly improving the quality of service, caring for the material and spiritual life of the people.
According to the plan, the 1st Hai An Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held from July 22 - 23 at the City Inspectorate Headquarters with the participation of 198 delegates.
