On the afternoon of November 2, amid the continuous heavy rain, the police and civil defense forces of Phuoc Thanh commune (Da Nang city) risked their lives to rush into the landslide area, saving a resident buried in a collapsed house.

At about 2:00 p.m. the same day, when receiving a report of a landslide in village 4, the authorities mobilized all means and coordinated with the people to urgently search for the victim Ho Van B.
