On January 21, according to Lao Dong, the People's Committee of Lang Son province announced the road service fee at the Voi town interchange toll station (Km102) on the Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway. This decision is based on Decision No. 264/QD-UBND dated February 12, 2020 and the proposal of the Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, vehicles with less than 12 seats, trucks under 2 tons and public buses range from 15,000 VND to 118,000 VND/trip.
Vehicles with 12 to 30 seats, load capacity from 2 to under 4 tons, from 21,000 VND to 168,000 VND/trip.
Vehicles with more than 31 seats and a load capacity of 4 to under 10 tons range from VND 26,000 to VND 207,000/trip.
Trucks from 10 to under 18 tons, 20-foot containers from 44,000 VND to 336,000 VND/trip.
Trucks from 18 tons and up, 40-foot containers from 59,000 VND to 454,000 VND/trip.
Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company will publicly post ticket prices and widely announce them on the media. Authorities are assigned to supervise toll collection to ensure transparency and compliance with regulations.
The Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway is an important part of the Eastern North - South Expressway system, connecting the two provinces of Bac Giang and Lang Son.
This route has a total length of about 64 km, starting from Km45+100 in Mai Sao commune, Chi Lang district, Lang Son province, and ending at Km108+500, connecting with National Highway 1, Hanoi - Bac Giang section.
Designed with a 25 m wide road surface, this highway includes 4 lanes and 2 emergency lanes, allowing a design speed of up to 100 km/h.
The project is implemented under the BOT contract form, with a total investment of about 12,188 billion VND. The technical opening took place on September 29, 2019, and officially put into operation from January 15, 2020.
Currently, the project is being expanded with a 43 km long Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway section, aiming to connect from Huu Nghi border gate to Chi Lang district, completing the expressway from Hanoi to the international border gate, creating favorable conditions for trade between Vietnam and China.
