Accordingly, for commune-level civil servants and public employees who processed overdue records in September 2024 on the Provincial Public Service Portal, there were 11 overdue times. Of which, commune-level civil servants in Binh Luc district were overdue 3 times, Kim Bang district was overdue 2 times, Ly Nhan district was overdue 2 times and Phu Ly city was overdue 4 times.
Regarding administrative procedure records at the commune level that were overdue in September 2024 on the Public Service Portal, there were 10 cases. Of which, the commune level under the People's Committee of Binh Luc district had 3 overdue records, Kim Bang district had 1 record, Ly Nhan district had 2 records, and Phu Ly city had 4 records.
Civil servants and public employees of departments and branches who processed overdue records in September on the provincial Public Service Portal had a total of 6 overdue cases. Of which, the Department of Education and Training had 1 case, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development had 3 cases, and the Ha Nam Department of Justice had 2 cases.
In particular, from the beginning of 2024 to present, the Ha Nam Department of Justice has had the highest number of delays in processing records on the Public Service Portal. Notably, Mr. Ngo Duc Mau - Department of Administrative Justice has been late 33 times, Mr. Bui Duc Thai - Director of the Ha Nam Department of Justice has been late 130 times.
