58 fishing boats were sunk by waves. Currently, there are 5 ships that have not been towed ashore, including 2 ships from Hai Ninh ward, 1 ship from Ky Khang commune, 1 ship from Co Dam commune and 1 ship from Loc Ha commune.
With 1 tourist boat with 30 passengers and 4 crew members sunk on Boc Island, Thien Cam Commune, the Border Guard Station mobilized a large-capacity fishing boat to successfully rescue all 34 people and brought them safely to shore on the evening of July 19.
