Ha Giang has the highest Tet bonus of nearly 110 million VND

    In Ha Giang, 38/46 enterprises have plans to give bonuses for the New Year and 39/46 enterprises have plans to give bonuses for the Lunar New Year.

    The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Giang province has just reported on the implementation of labor policies, wages, bonuses and labor relations in enterprises.

    Accordingly, 38/46 enterprises have plans to give bonuses for the New Year and 39/46 enterprises have plans to give bonuses for the Lunar New Year.

    Currently, businesses have fully paid wages to employees, no businesses owe wages to employees, and there are no disputes or instability in labor relations at businesses.

    The average salary in the province is 8.78 million VND/person/month. The highest salary is 31.6 million VND/person/month, the lowest is 3.45 million VND/person/month.

    The highest New Year bonus is 3 million VND/person; the lowest bonus is 0.25 million VND/person.

    The highest Lunar New Year bonus is 109.6 million VND/person, the lowest is 0.3 million VND/person.

    According to the review results of 46 enterprises in the province, up to now, no unit owes wages to employees.
