Hanoi allocates nearly 35,000m2 of land to build a new road in Long Bien

Hanoi - The city allocated land to Khai Son Joint Stock Company to implement the project to build a road from Ngoc Thuy dike to Thuong Thanh New Urban Area, Long Bien district.

On April 22, the Hanoi People's Committee issued a decision on handing over 34,988m2 of land (phase 4) in Ngoc Thuy, Thuong Thanh and Duc Giang wards (Long Bien district) to Khai Son Joint Stock Company to implement the project to build a road from Ngoc Thuy dike to Thuong Thanh new urban area under the form of a construction - transfer contract (BT contract).

According to the decision, the red line boundary drawing, scale 1/500, prepared by the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning, approved by the City People's Committee with the form of land allocation by the State without collecting land use fees; long-term land use term and land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

The City People's Committee assigned Khai Son Joint Stock Company to be responsible for investing in construction, operation, acceptance, and handover of the project to the Long Bien District People's Committee; using land within the assigned land boundary for the correct purpose.

Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving the land handover on site, Khai Son Joint Stock Company must put the land into use.
