The Hanoi People's Committee leased 27,577.3 m2 of land to Thanh Tri Bus Station Joint Stock Company to implement the Yen So Bus Station Construction Project.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to lease 27,577.3 m2 of land in Yen So ward, Hoang Mai district to Thanh Tri Bus Station Joint Stock Company to implement the Yen So Bus Station Construction Project.

The land use term is from the date of signing the land lease decision to December 30, 2066.

The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined in the 1/500 scale Master Plan drawing approved by the Department of Planning and Architecture in the document dated May 30, 2018; the minutes determining the boundary on March 15, 2017 (for compensation, support, and resettlement) of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

The form of land lease is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent. The land price for calculating land rent must be paid according to the Land Price List approved by the Hanoi People's Committee and current legal regulations.

Thanh Tri Bus Station Joint Stock Company is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures to transfer land plot cadastral information to the Hanoi Tax Department. Contact the City Tax Department to calculate land rent, pay land rent and other related financial obligations according to regulations. Contact the Department of Construction for instructions on how to carry out construction licensing procedures according to regulations.

At the same time, be responsible for the quality of construction works, ensure compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management; the project's compliance with investment content, detailed planning documents, approved construction drawing designs, safety level and safety when put into use; comply with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting and ensuring overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure in the area.
