The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3852/QD-UBND on approving the Plan, location of 3 intersections between Ring Road 3.5 and the Southern Axis; National Highway 1A and the Phap Van - Cau Gie Expressway, scale 1/500.
According to the Decision, the location of the 3 intersections is in the communes of Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Dai Thanh and Kien Hung and Phu Luong wards.
The intersection with the Southern Axis is another intersection of the inter-level transformation of the urban area, with full branches arranged in all directions.
The intersection with National Highway 1A is another level crossing, building an overpass on the Ring Road 3.5 to ensure the clearance of the existing railway and National Highway 1A.
The intersection with the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway uses a tourist area, without arranging a left turn from Ring Road 3.5 to Phap Van.
The boundary of the 3-way red line at the intersection is determined according to technical specifications and control conditions; the detailed design content within the boundary will be specified in the approved construction investment project.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to be responsible for checking and confirming the 1/500 scale drawing documents. Update approved content into relevant plans;
The Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board will preside over the public announcement of the approved plan. Hand over the dossier to the People's Committees of Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Dai Thanh, Kien Hung, Phu Luong communes and wards and related agencies. Coordinate with the Ministries of Construction; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism... to ensure compliance with specialized regulations.
The People's Committees of the above communes and wards manage construction according to the plan. Inspect and handle cases of construction works violating planning according to authority and regulations of law.
