Accordingly, the City People's Committee requires departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and towns to suspend the settlement of administrative procedures arising after 1.3.2025 for associations assigned by the Party and the State to operate within the city and activities operating within the district and commune scope.
The suspension of settlement of administrative procedures to the Association is carried out until the new direction and guidance of the competent authority. Other contents related to the organization and activities of the Association are still implemented normally according to regulations.
In case of urgent issues, it is necessary to immediately solve it, propose agencies and units to promptly report to the City People's Committee through the Department of Home Affairs for summarizing and consulting competent authorities.
