Mr. Nguyen Van Chung - Chairman of Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee said that on May 24, the Ward People's Committee mobilized more than 100 officials, civil servants, public employees, militia and self-defense forces, and armed forces to help some households in Thuy Hoi residential group dismantle constructions, relocate assets, and hand over land to contractors to construct the Xo Viet Nghe Tinh road project extending to the East.
The forces are specifically assigned to each part of the work, closely coordinating with households to dismantle works, transport belongings, items, and production machinery to new safe residences, contributing to accelerating the progress of site handover.
Although the weather is hot, the workload is large and quite complicated, the participating support forces have promoted the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and supported people with practical actions.

Many households, although still concerned and regretful about their housing and production facilities that have been attached for many years, and many solid houses that have only been put into use for a few years, but with the propaganda and mobilization of the Party Committee and government, they have agreed to relocate to give up land for the project.
With the spirit of "land clearance to where, construction to there", the construction units of the Xo Viet Nghe Tinh extended road project to the East have mobilized manpower and machinery to organize construction immediately at the locations where land has been handed over, determined to ensure the set progress.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Chung - Chairman of Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee, on May 23, the Ward People's Committee also mobilized hundreds of people including armed forces and mass organizations to help some households in Trung Hung residential group dismantle constructions and architectural works, move assets to new residences to hand over land for the Eastern Ring Road Project of Ha Tinh city (old).
Along with the locality, the Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transport Works and Urban Development of Ha Tinh; Thanh Sen Ward General Service Center arranged personnel, machinery, and vehicles to serve the dismantling of works, transporting belongings and items of households to new residences.
From May 23-24, Tran Phu Ward People's Committee also mobilized armed forces, organizations, and unions to launch campaigns to support people in clearing ground for the Eastern Ring Road Project of Ha Tinh city (old).
The forces have helped people relocate property, dismantle works, transport household items to new residences, and hand over land to construction units.


Leaders of Tran Phu ward were directly present to direct and encourage forces that braved the heat to help people move property and dismantle works.
The eastern ring road project of Ha Tinh city (old) is a key project, with a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, passing through Thanh Sen and Tran Phu wards.
To date, the entire route has handed over 10.5/11.15km of site, the construction volume has reached 82% of the plan. Units are determined to complete all site clearance work before June 30, 2026.
The Xo Viet Nghe Tinh road project extending to the East has a total length of 6.6km with the starting point intersecting with Nguyen Cong Tru street, Thanh Sen ward and the ending point intersecting National Highway 15B in Thach Lac commune, Ha Tinh province.
The project is invested by the Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transport and Urban Development of Ha Tinh province with a total investment of 1,498 billion VND; project implementation time from 2023 - 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Danh Phong - Deputy Director of the Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transport Works and Urban Development of Ha Tinh province said that the eastern ring road project of Ha Tinh city (old) is still facing site clearance issues for some households in Tran Phu and Thanh Sen wards.
According to Mr. Phong, this project started in 2022. Previously, the project was assigned to be completed by the end of 2025, but due to many difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, it has now been extended to 2027.
The Xo Viet Nghe Tinh road project extending to the East has currently handed over 6.05/6.6km of land. The remaining land area that has not been handed over is mainly residential land in Trung Quy and Tam Quy residential groups of Thanh Sen ward.
The construction volume to date has reached 250/652 billion VND (reaching about 38% of the contract value). Meanwhile, according to the progress, this project must be completed in 2026.
