The project to renovate and upgrade Xuan La Primary School has a total investment of 107.2 billion VND with items such as: Demolition of damaged school buildings built many years ago; Construction of a new school building with a scale of 1 floor + 3 floors above ground + attic with a total floor area of about 3,536m2; Construction of a new multi-purpose building with a scale of 1 basement, 2 floors above ground, with a total floor area of about 1,240m2.
Along with that, the project will renovate and expand the headquarter building into a combined school building and headquarter; renovate a 4-storey kitchen block into a combined kitchen and headquarter building; build synchronous technical infrastructure...
For the project to renovate and upgrade the Tay Ho District Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center (facility 2), the investment includes the following items: Demolition of a 3-storey building with a construction floor area of 810m2 built in 1996; demolition of a level 4 library building with a construction area of 59m2 built in 1996; Demolition of a security guard house with a construction area of 9m2 built in 1996.
At the same time, build a new 5-storey classroom block with an area of each floor of about 337.68m2, and a construction floor area of about 1,724m2.
