The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Home Affairs to guide the development and adjustment of the Job Position Project of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Manage the assigned payroll in accordance with the provisions of law.
During the handover period, the Department of Environmental Protection is allowed to continue using the seal according to regulations. After the deadline, the seal must be returned to the Hai Duong Provincial Police Department according to current law.
