The two expressways in Lam Dong have counted crops and architectural objects over 94%

PHAN TUẤN |

Lam Dong - The Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway projects passing through 15 communes and wards have now counted crops and structures, reaching more than 94%.

According to the authorities, the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway projects pass through 15 communes and wards of Lam Dong province.

Up to now, the inventory of crops and architectural objects has been basically completed, reaching more than 94%. However, there are still some households that cannot be counted because the land users are outside the province, so it is difficult to contact and implement.

Regarding these expressway projects, representatives of localities said they are facing some difficulties and problems. In which, the rate of change of land plot is large.

Meanwhile, the actual boundary is different from the cadastral map, the complex terrain also makes it difficult to move and count...

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center recommended that the Department of Agriculture and Environment direct the Provincial Land Registration Office to support the map editing to ensure the counting progress, committing to completing the counting by November 5 at the latest.

On the other hand, currently, the construction of resettlement areas is facing difficulties due to land clearance problems, bad weather and material supply. However, localities and related units are actively coordinating to resolve the issue and increase construction to ensure progress.

Recently, on October 31, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and the working group inspected the site clearance progress for the two expressway projects Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong.

At the inspection and working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to continue to closely coordinate and focus on resolving problems.

Thereby, speeding up the progress of resettlement areas, ensuring the rights of people and the progress of key expressway projects.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested the investor to complete the selection of a contractor to install the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong project in December 2025 to soon implement the construction.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee is focusing on directing and resolutely removing obstacles, speeding up site clearance progress, and creating favorable conditions for the construction of the expressway project.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized that the province is under great pressure in disbursing VND 7,500 billion for two expressway projects. Therefore, it is necessary to implement synchronously, closely and flexibly in the spirit of "easy to do first, difficult to do later" to speed up the progress of public investment.

The Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested competent authorities to urgently complete legal documents related to site clearance and post documents in early November 2025.

In particular, ensuring the inventory and resettlement review process is transparent, fair and in accordance with legal regulations.
