"My house has demolished almost all of it to hand over the site since the end of last year, promised to be constructed quickly, but now there is still mud and mud, the roads are messy. During the rainy season, trucks passing by also cause water to flood into the yard, children do not dare to go to school alone," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Sam, a resident living next to the route.
Mr. Phan Van Cuong (Binh Xa commune) said: "We support the general policy, but if it is prolonged like this, it will affect too much. My store has few customers due to dust and unfinished construction roads. We hope that units will speed up the progress".
According to Mr. Duong Cong Vi - Director of the Department of Construction of Lang Son province - this is a key project, approved by the National Assembly to extend the disbursement until the end of 2025.

Currently, the construction site is mobilizing 44 construction teams, 181 equipment and more than 600 officers and workers. The roadbed construction has reached over 90%, 3 large bridges have been technically opened to traffic, the remaining bridges have been completed over 80%.
The volume of asphalt concrete pavement has been paved with 22.5/63 km, equivalent to about 35% of the route length.
"We have directed the contractor to take advantage of favorable weather and work overtime to make up for the progress. Strive to complete package No. 8 (Km43-Km80) by September 30, 2025 and package No. 7 (Km18-Km43) by the fourth quarter of 2025, said Mr. Vi.
