Bao Yen District General Hospital project was approved in December 2021 with a total investment of 235 billion VND, using the central budget for the period 2021 - 2025 and the centralized budget for the same period.
The project includes the following items: administration block (3 floors); block building (3-5 floors); anti-infection building block; infectious diseases scientist; General house and auxiliary items, exterior... with a scale of 250 hospital beds and other auxiliary items.
These days, taking advantage of the dry weather, workers and machinery are still working hard to bring the project to its destination on schedule.

The project was started in April 2022, by the joint venture of Quang Sang Construction Investment Company Limited - 19.8 Construction Company Limited - Termite Removal - Fumigation Company Limited. It is expected that the project will be completed by the end of 2024.
The construction goal is to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for people in the area; ensuring the conditions of a class II general hospital and the roadmap for developing Lao Cai's health sector until 2025.
Bao Yen District Hospital is one of the major projects in the district currently under construction. To ensure progress, at this time, the investor and the contractor are coordinating to remove difficulties, speed up progress, and strive to complete as planned.
