In 2023 and 2024, the program organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, with the support of TCP Vietnam, has brought impressive results. More than 60,000 young workers have directly participated in a series of activities spread across many key industrial provinces. Nearly 30,000 people received free medical examinations, health consultations and gifts - practical support for the lives of young workers. In addition, more than 200 discount booths and 0 VND booths have also been deployed to help reduce spending pressure, creating conditions for workers to access necessities at low costs or free of charge.
Not only focusing on material life, the series of programs also create a healthy playground for young workers to practice physical exercise and connect with the collective spirit. The Red Bull Cup football tournament, which brings together nearly 200 teams from local businesses, has become a prominent sporting highlight with a total prize value of up to 400 million VND.
At the same time, the 09 music nights "Spreading Positive Energy" with the participation of many famous young artists brought a vibrant entertainment space after work hours - where thousands of workers had the opportunity to relax and connect with the community. Nearly 200 gifts were given in lucky draw programs, including 06 Honda Wave RSX motorbikes, creating emotional and memorable moments.

Behind those impressive numbers is an inspiring journey - where TCP Vietnam not only wants to "giving" but also truly "accompany". With the message "Courage to the end - Hurry up, let's go", Red Bull has become a spiritual symbol for many young workers, encouraging them to steadfastly overcome challenges, persevere in pursuing goals and nurturing faith in a sustainable future.
Entering 2025, Red Bull and TCP Vietnam brands continue to mark the third consecutive year accompanying the program, demonstrating their steadfastness in the community development strategy. This year, the Festival series will be held in three key localities including Bac Giang (11/5), Dong Nai (18/5) and Nghe An (25/5) - rapidly developing industrial regions, with a large young workforce. It is expected that more than 6,000 young workers will directly participate in these three events.

At each destination, the program is designed with rich, familiar and practical content. Medical examination, health consultation, medicine distribution and free gifts continue to be the focus, demonstrating close attention to the physical life of workers. Mass sports competitions such as running, badminton, and the "Search for Talent of Young Workers" contest provide opportunities for young workers to demonstrate their mettle, passion and talent. In particular, the "Spreading Positive Energy" music festival will return to a grand stage and artists loved by workers - a spiritual gift that Red Bull gives after hard working hours.

Sharing about this meaningful journey, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hien Huy - General Director of TCP Vietnam - said: "We are very proud to continue to accompany the Vietnam Youth Union in this meaningful series of programs. Red Bull wishes to add energy and inspire young workers - young people who are working hard, making a silent contribution to the development of the country.
Three years with strong impressions are not only a testament to the commitment of TCP Vietnam and Red Bull, but also a promise for the road ahead: continuing to accompany persistently, add strength and spread positive energy to the young generation of workers - those who are quietly contributing to building the future of Vietnam with their own tireless hands.
