Regarding the incident of the Go 1 cultural house, Minh Tan commune, Cam Khe district (Phu Tho) being demolished while under construction, which Lao Dong Newspaper reported, the demolition is now almost complete.
Coming to Minh Tan commune on the afternoon of March 18, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters recorded that the Go 1 village cultural house was built on a pond, surrounded by a fairly crowded population. The foundation of the project has been filled with corrugated iron and elevated by village roads.

It can be seen that almost all of this cultural house has been demolished, a large amount of bricks, concrete, steel... are lying around at the scene.

Previously, the image of an excavator destroying the Go 1 cultural house recorded by residents and shared on Facebook caused a stir, many comments expressed waste and regret when the project had to "break down and rebuild".

According to Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Chairman of Minh Tan Commune People's Committee, the Go 1 cultural house project is invested by the Commune People's Committee.
The reason why this cultural house was demolished while under construction was due to weak soil, causing a corner of the house to sink, the construction contractor had to dismantle the entire construction to rebuild it.

"After inspection, it was found that the contractor had constructed the cultural house according to the design, but because it was built on borrowed land and had weak geology, it sank. The contractor has paid for this project first, there is no budget and the people have not contributed" - Mr. Son shared.
