(born 1986, residing in Trai Tieu village, Dong Loc commune, Ha Tinh province) was driving a car with license plate 38C-229.xx (16-seater type), carrying 11 people, traveling in the direction of Nghe An - Hanoi. When reaching the above location, the car collided with a car with license plate 35A-463.xx driven by Mr. Bui Van Hoi (born 1990, residing in Ve Chua village, Phu Son commune, Ninh Binh province), parked in front.
After that, a car with license plate 36RM-001.xx driven by Mr. Trinh Khac Hung (born 1989, residing in Yen Ninh commune, Thanh Hoa province) continued to rush forward from behind, crashing into the above 2 cars.
