At around 8:00 a.m. on February 27, a neighbor of a tea room on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City) discovered fire and black smoke rising suspected to be red-handed and immediately shouted to everyone.
neighbors around also ran through and used fire extinguishers to rescue the victim but were unsuccessful, the fire continued to flare up fiercely. The fire encountered flammable objects and exploded, breaking the front glass door. Black smoke rising in a mist makes people worried.
Upon receiving the report, the Da Nang Fire Police dispatched 2 fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire, divided into many directions to spray water to put out the fire to prevent it from spreading to surrounding households, and used a smoke extractor to extinguish black smoke inside the house.
By 8:30 the fire was under control.
The fire did not cause any human casualties but burned down many properties.
