According to the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police, today (August 17), the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Mass Mobilization Department coordinated with relevant agencies and units to organize the political art program "Proud of Vietnamese people" at My Dinh National Stadium Square (Nam Tu Liem District).
To ensure traffic order and safety for the above program, Hanoi City Police divided traffic flows and organized the following types of vehicles:
Quite prohibit vehicles (except vehicles with protection badges, vehicles of the police force, military and other priority vehicles as prescribed) from circulating on the following routes: Le Quang Dao (from Me Tri to My Dinh Stadium Square), Le Duc Tho (from Tran Huu Duc to My Dinh Stadium Square).
Temporarily prohibit cargo vehicles with a carrying capacity of 500kg or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except for buses, garbage trucks, incident handling vehicles, vehicles with protection badges, police vehicles, military vehicles and other priority vehicles). At the same time, limit circulation for private cars and motorbikes.
The routes temporarily banned and restricted vehicles include: Le Quang Dao (from Me Tri to Thang Long Avenue), Le Duc Tho (from Tran Huu Duc to Ho Tung Mau), Me Tri, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Co Thach, Do Xuan Hop, Tan My, Nguyen Hoang, Chau Van Liem, Thang Long Avenue service road (from Pham Hung to Le Quang Dao), Ho Tung Mau, Cau Dien, Trinh Van Bo.
During this time, the traffic police will organize directions for vehicles to avoid prohibited and temporarily prohibited areas. For example: vehicles from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue can pass through Provincial Road 70 or Ring Road 3, and vice versa. Applicable time: from 12:00 on August 17 to the end of August 17.
Hanoi City Police announce to all traffic participants to know, comply, choose a suitable route and coordinate, support the police force to complete their tasks, said a representative of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department.
