Along with that, it is necessary to focus on disbursing allocated resources to ensure proper policies and targets. Localities that do not have statistics on agricultural production losses need to urgently complete reports to disburse support to people; review households that do not have land to build houses to support, and ensure the target of 100% of households with housing losses have new houses before Tet.

The head of Yen Bai province emphasized the need to publicize and make transparent the support source to beneficiaries, on the principle of timely allocation, proper use, and effectiveness.

The Provincial Party Secretary - Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province assigned the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Bai province to establish an interdisciplinary monitoring team to organize inspections and supervise the disbursement of funds to support damage recovery caused by storm No. 3 in localities.
