Accordingly, during the above period, the entire provincial Inspectorate has carried out 216 inspections and checks, including 45 administrative inspections and 171 specialized inspections and checks.
The unit has proposed administrative sanctions against 309 organizations and individuals for economic violations.
The areas subject to administrative inspection include: Thematic responsibility for performing public duties of cadres and civil servants in handling administrative procedures, providing public services to people and businesses; implementation of policies, laws and duties, powers of agency heads in inspection work, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, preventing corruption and managing and using the state budget; compliance with laws on state budget management, capital construction investment...
The provincial inspectorate discovered a total amount of violations of more than 8.5 billion VND; proposed to recover more than 8.4 billion VND to the state budget and another amount of over 43 million VND; proposed to handle administrative responsibilities for 29 organizations and 91 individuals who violated the law.
Regarding specialized inspection, the Provincial Inspectorate focuses on inspecting and examining areas such as: Construction activities of project works; financial management, use of capital sources, investment in purchasing assets, funds and fulfilling obligations to the state budget; measurement, labeling of goods and intellectual property; compliance with legal regulations on quality assurance and food safety; exploitation and use of underground water resources for production and business purposes...
In the above fields, the unit discovered 36 organizations and 153 individuals with economic violations; discovered a total amount of economic violations of more than 900 million VND and proposed to recover over 870 million VND, and proposed to handle nearly 35 million VND.
In addition, specialized inspection units have issued decisions to impose administrative sanctions on 202 violations (50 organizations and 152 individuals) with a total administrative fine of more than 7.4 billion VND.
