On September 26, at the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Hue City (2025 - 2030), Mr. Le Quang Minh - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) - was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the State.
The noble award is to recognize the outstanding achievements and important contributions of Mr. Le Quang Minh during his work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
Also on this occasion, the HueWACO collective was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Hue City People's Committee for outstanding results in patriotic emulation movements in the period of 2021 - 2025.
As Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Quang Minh always shows a high sense of responsibility, dedication and self-sacrifice for the development of businesses and localities. He and the HueWACO staff and workers have implemented many strategic solutions such as "3 breakthroughs", "3 key solutions" and "5 transformation strategy" - focusing on technology modernization, improving human resource quality, increasing labor productivity and promoting international integration.
Those persistent efforts have helped HueWACO successfully complete the assigned targets and political tasks, affirming its position as one of the typical water supply enterprises in Vietnam.
