On the morning of May 10, 2025, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13,55 - May 13, 2025), VNR in coordination with Hai Phong City People's Committee solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Decision to recognize Hai Phong Station as a 'Tourist Destination' and launch the luxury tourist train "Hoa Phuong Do".

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Gia Khanh - General Director of VNR Company - pledged to continue promoting infrastructure development projects, improving service quality and improving utilities on railway lines, contributing to the overall development of the transportation industry.

This is the first time the Railway industry has put into operation a 34-seat VIP car, with a ceremony in the style of Indochina. The 56-seat car is equipped with new generation seats that can rotate 180 degrees, passengers do not worry about having to sit in the wrong direction while the train is running.
In addition, the train also has standard 64-seat carriages, applying flexible ticket prices to meet the diverse travel needs of customers.
