Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to supplement the 2025 State budget estimate for agencies and units to implement the regime and policies according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government with a total amount of more than 47.6 billion VND.
Of which, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will receive more than 30.9 billion VND; the Department of Construction will receive more than 6.8 billion VND; the Department of Health will receive more than 1.7 billion VND; the Department of Finance will receive more than 6.6 billion VND and the Van phong Economic Zone Management Board will receive more than 1.4 billion VND.
Agencies and units are responsible for allocating and using funds for the right purposes and settling funds according to the current State Budget Law.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has also approved funding for payment for 47 cases of early retirement and 3 cases of termination of employment due to organizational arrangement according to Decree 178 and Decree 67.
The total cost Khanh Hoa paid to the above cases is more than 56.7 billion VND. Of which, the implementation budget is taken from the provincial budget paid from the provincial salary reform source in 2025 (more than 47.6 billion); the district budget paid from the salary reform source of more than 8.7 billion VND.
More than 370 million VND is taken from the unit's career revenue and other legal revenue sources, the funds are taken according to the regulations of the units.
