On May 24, news from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that the locality has a plan to survey and assess the level of satisfaction of organizations and individuals with the service of state administrative agencies, public health, education and training units in the province in 2026.
According to the plan, the survey will be implemented by agency block with a total expected number of 14,250 votes.
Accordingly, the department block includes 13 agencies expected to implement 1,070 votes; the vertical sectoral agency block includes 3 agencies with 450 votes; the commune-level People's Committee block includes 64 agencies with 4,480 votes; 27 general and specialized hospitals with 3,050 votes; 92 public educational and training units with 5,200 survey votes.
In which, the Department of Home Affairs presides over the survey for departments, vertical industry agencies and commune-level People's Committees. The Department of Health presides over the survey of hospitals. The Department of Education and Training presides over the survey of public educational and training non-business units.
The survey was conducted in a direct and online form, based on data from the list of customers with procedural transactions and service use in 2026 at administrative agencies and public administrative service providers.
Data sources are traced from the Provincial Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System, specialized software or compiled and provided by agencies and units.
In addition, functional agencies will directly survey customers at health service providers; survey students, trainees, people and parents for educational and training non-business units.
According to the roadmap, before June 30, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Health and the Department of Education and Training will preside over and coordinate to develop a sociological survey plan and survey forms.
The survey phase is implemented from August to October 2026. The official survey results are expected to be announced in the first quarter of 2027.
