Khanh Hoa's total product in the first 9 months increased by 10.45% over the same period last year, the growth rate ranked 6th in the country, 2nd in the North Central region and Central Coast.

According to the report of Khanh Hoa Provincial Statistics Office, the total product in the province in 9 months increased by 10.45% over the same period last year.

Contributing to the total growth of the province, the industrial and construction sector increased the most with 20.39%. Of which, industry increased by 23.01%, contributing 4.69 percentage points; construction increased by 15.6%, contributing 1.74 percentage points, with many key national and provincial projects starting construction.

Industry had a high growth rate mainly thanks to the increase in electricity production and distribution (2.24 times, contributing an increase of 4.79 percentage points); while the processing and manufacturing industry only increased by 1.34%.

Although the service sector only increased by 7.47%, it accounted for the highest proportion in the province's GRDP.

In particular, some industries with large proportions had a good growth rate, contributing to the increase in total added value such as other service activities increased by 16.8% due to the increase in international visitors, especially Korean visitors with very high demand for spa and beauty; administrative activities and support services increased by 16.13%; arts, entertainment and recreation increased by 17.9% thanks to the sharp increase in the number of tourists; accommodation and catering services increased by 12.32%...

The agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased the lowest with 0.11%. Of which, agriculture decreased by 1.23%, reducing the overall growth rate of the province by 0.06 percentage points due to unfavorable weather conditions and the narrowing of many crop areas in the planning areas of highways; the forestry sector decreased by 18.91%, decreasing by 0.02 percentage points; the fishery sector alone increased by 1.37%, increasing by 0.09 percentage points.
