On February 27, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang issued instructions on the transfer and receipt of the task of "Examination and issuance of Road Motor Vehicle Driving licenses" and "Justice calendar" in the province.
According to Mr. Lam Hai Giang, it is necessary to maintain the use of the "Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System" (VNPT - iGate) to receive documents for handling administrative procedures such as granting a driver's license (abbreviated as a driver's license), judicial records at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and Post Office points in the province, until the Ministry of Public Security has official instructions.

Relevant agencies and units coordinate to hand over documents that have not been completed before February; the Provincial Police receive, process and complete the documents in accordance with regulations. Note, the Department of Transport (GTVT) must completely resolve newly issued documents for driving licenses that have completed the test before February 27.
The Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Transport and the Department of Justice to urgently review and classify records, documents, professional software, equipment, machinery, etc. At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Finance and the Provincial Police to carry out flexible handover, both ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining continuous work.
Continue to send units to support units receiving tasks of the Provincial Police after handover, until the work is stable.
"The provincial police directed the PV06 Department and the PC08 Department to closely coordinate with the specialized Department of the Department of Transport and the Department of Justice to complete the handover by February 28 at the latest," Mr. Lam Hai Giang directed.
The Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to preside over and deploy the use of the "Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System" at relevant departments of the Provincial Police, ensuring the implementation of receiving and handling administrative procedure records, especially online records.
Mr. Lam Hai Giang highly appreciated the proactiveness, exchange, and implementation of preparation for transferring and receiving state management functions and tasks on "Examination and issuance of Road Motor Driving licenses" and "Justice licenses" of the Provincial Police, the Department of Transport and the Department of Justice. At the same time, direct relevant agencies to minimize impact issues that affect the resolution of the need for administrative procedures of people and businesses.
