Reporting at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Long Bien District Party Committee Ngo Manh Diem said that as soon as the City Party Committee issued Directive 24-CT/TU on "Strengthening discipline, discipline and responsibility for public affairs, work in Hanoi City's political system", the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Long Bien district have issued 4 implementation plans.
The District Party Standing Committee conducted 3 inspections of 3 party organizations and 3 party members; Established 2 public service inspection teams for district Party and Union units and 14 ward Party Committees.
For the government sector, the District People's Committee has established public service inspection teams and unscheduled inspections of the People's Committees of 14 wards. Through inspection, no cases of harassment or negative behavior were discovered.
From August 2023 to May 2024, 18 management officials were mobilized and appointed; Implemented job position changes for 30 leaders and managers who have worked continuously for 8 years or more in the same unit. The District People's Committee is developing a plan to change job positions associated with the arrangement of officials and civil servants in a number of wards subject to administrative unit arrangement. Expected implementation in the third quarter of 2024.

From August 7, 2023 to May 31, 2024, the District People's Committee received 167 citizens with 537 people. 152/204 applications under authority have been resolved, 52 applications are being resolved.
