On March 6, information from the People's Committee of Nam Dinh City, immediately after receiving information that Thanh Binh An Lac Vien Joint Stock Company (Thanh Binh Company), located at Thanh Binh Cemetery Park, was accused of forcing people to buy high-priced products on social networks, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh City held a meeting with relevant agencies to verify the information.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh City also issued an urgent document requesting Thanh Binh Company to report and explain the contents related to information on social networks with the view of strictly handling violations according to regulations if any.
On March 5, Nam Dinh City People's Committee continued to meet with functional agencies, local authorities and My Thuan Commune Police to listen to reports from units on the above incident.
Immediately after the meeting, Mr. Le Quang Huy, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh City People's Committee, along with specialized departments of Nam Dinh City People's Committee and leaders of My Thuan Commune People's Committee directly inspected Thanh Binh Company.
After the inspection, the Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh City People's Committee requested Thanh Binh Company to publicly post the internal rules and regulations of this company in the most convenient place so that the people know. Publicly post the hotline phone numbers of company leaders and authorities so that when needed, people can reflect and publicly post the price list of service types according to regulations.
After Thanh Binh Company was accused of forcing people to buy high-priced products, on the afternoon of March 5, many officers and soldiers of Nam Dinh Provincial Police appeared at this company.
