On July 19, the working delegation of Tu Minh Ward (Hai Phong City) led by Mr. Nguyen Ta Duan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council and Mr. Le Van Trung - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, along with leaders, professional staff and representatives of the Project Management Board of the western area of the city inspected the actual progress of a number of key projects and works being implemented in the area.
At the meeting, the delegation focused on inspecting projects facing difficulties in site clearance such as: Vu Cong Dan road renovation and expansion project; Dai An Industrial Park project phase 2; Project to build technical infrastructure for resettlement areas and residential areas of Cam Doai commune (phase 1); Ha Xa cultural, sports center and residential area project (Cam Doai commune, old Cam Giang district).
These projects are all of great significance in expanding development space, urban beautification and serving the social security needs of local people.

The working group directly surveyed the site, worked with the construction unit, and met with a number of households with housing projects within the site clearance area to listen to their concerns and aspirations, thereby finding ways to remove existing problems. Many households expressed their desire to receive appropriate support in accordance with regulations to hand over the site soon, avoiding prolongation that affects the project progress as well as their own lives.
Speaking at the inspection, Mr. Nguyen Ta Duan - Secretary of Tu Minh Ward Party Committee requested departments, professional boards and related units to continue to coordinate with residential areas, strengthen propaganda and mobilization work so that people clearly understand the benefits of the projects, and soon agree with the compensation and site clearance plan.
The Secretary of the Tu Minh Ward Party Committee also requested functional units to study additional support options in the direction of being most beneficial to the people but still ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
The inspection activities are an opportunity for local leaders to closely grasp the actual situation, promptly direct the removal of difficulties, in order to speed up the progress of key projects, contribute to the completion of urban infrastructure and socio-economic development in the ward.
