Lao Cai leaders visit families of people killed in traffic accidents

    On November 18, Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai visited and encouraged some families whose members died in traffic accidents.

    Responding to the “World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims”, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hai - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee visited and encouraged relatives of some victims who died in traffic accidents in the city.

    The delegation visited the families of: Victim Vu Dinh D; victim Vu Dinh Th; victim Ly Ngoc T (all residing in Luong Lao 2 village, Coc San commune); victim Hoang Thi H's family in Canh Chin village, Van Hoa commune.

    At the places he visited, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hai kindly asked about family members; encouraged the victims' families to overcome pain and loss, and soon stabilize their lives.

    Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai hopes that relatives will be propagandists to help people raise awareness and comply with traffic laws.

    In particular, family vehicles must be strictly managed; do not use alcohol or beer when participating in traffic; drive in the correct lane; do not speed, overtake recklessly, or weave in and out of traffic; wear helmets when riding motorbikes, scooters, etc.
