On November 29, according to information from the People's Committee of Bao Yen district, the construction unit of the Nu Village reconstruction project has completed the roofing of all 40/40 stilt houses.
For the community cultural house and school project, the frame, floor and walls have been completed, and the construction unit is preparing to roof.
Along with that, internal traffic projects and traffic connecting to surrounding routes are being accelerated.
Currently, Army Corps 12 - Truong Son Construction Corporation (Ministry of National Defense) is maintaining about 200 officers and workers along with many machines and equipment, determined to complete the resettlement area before December 22.
From there, we look forward to celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Nam - Head of the Political Department of Truong Son Branch 26, Army Corps 12 - said: Currently, the unit is actively constructing the resettlement area, determined to complete it before December 22 so that people can have a new, clean and beautiful place to live.
On November 13, representatives of 33 households affected by flash floods and landslides in Lang Nu village drew lots to choose housing locations in the resettlement area.
