The working headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee - National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province is considered one of the new highlights in local planning and architecture.
The project is built in the new administrative area of De Tham ward, Cao Bang city.
The project is invested by the Cao Bang Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, with a scale of 8 floors above ground, 1 underground floor, 1 attic, with a total floor area of about 16,660m²; in addition, there are auxiliary items such as guardhouse, reception area, security, gate, fence, garden, internal road. The total investment capital of the project is 365 billion VND.
Construction started in January 2023 and has now been completed, ready for handover and use.
720 billion VND headquarters in the heart of the city
The project of building working headquarters for departments, branches and sectors (inter-agency) of Cao Bang province has a total investment of over 720 billion VND, implementation period from 2022-2025.
As of February 4, this hundred billion VND building is under construction at lot HC.3 in the Provincial Administrative Center (De Tham New Urban Area, Cao Bang City). The project started in January 2023 and is expected to be completed and put into use around the second quarter of 2025.
The headquarters of departments, agencies and branches are built opposite the new headquarters of the People's Committee - People's Council of Cao Bang province.
Informing reporters, a representative of the Cao Bang Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board said that the project has completed most of the items, the most important item is fire prevention and fighting, the unit is waiting for the competent authority to accept it. When this system is completed, the building can be ready for operation, and can even operate earlier than the original schedule.
Museum 355 billion VND
The Cao Bang Provincial Museum project has a total area of 2.2 hectares, with an investment capital of 355 billion VND. The project started construction in October 2021 with 3 main items: Central building block; outdoor technical infrastructure; equipment and interior of the exhibition area.
The complex includes a library and a cinema, which will become a place for sightseeing, learning, and preserving knowledge about the history and culture of Cao Bang province. In addition, this project is also a place to develop services and entertainment in line with the tourism development orientation.
When completed and officially put into operation, Cao Bang Provincial Museum is considered a new highlight in architectural space.
Regarding this project, the investor representative said that the construction and equipment inside the project have been basically completed. Currently, the parties are coordinating to display and arrange historical artifacts. It is expected that the project will be ready for operation in 2025.
