Hundred billion headquarters on golden land
The project to build the Headquarters of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Agencies (Inter-Agency Headquarters) is a level I project, belonging to Group B project and started construction in June 2023, with a total investment of 405 billion VND from the local budget.
The project covers an area of nearly 15,000 square meters, located in Trung Vuong Ward, the center of Thai Nguyen City. According to the design, the Inter-agency headquarters includes 3 blocks of 7-12 floors and 1 basement.
According to PV's records in November 2024, after more than 1 year of construction, the project has been basically completed. At the construction site, hundreds of workers and machines are actively working to speed up the project's progress.
Currently, the contractor has completed the surrounding walls and floor partitions, plastering inside and outside, power supply, fire protection, and transformer station construction.
On November 16, information from the construction contractor showed that the project has completed over 85% of the volume and is ensuring the set progress.
"Up to now, we are constructing the exterior of the project, plastering the rough construction and internal roads connecting the traffic routes.
The construction is being carried out urgently, striving to complete the construction by the end of 2024," the contractor added.
Urban Highlights
The project of the headquarters of the Pho Yen City agencies has a total capital of about 400 billion VND, invested by the Pho Yen City Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project started in August 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
Deployed on an area of over 38,000m2 in Nam Tien and Ba Hang wards (Pho Yen city), according to the design, the project has a scale of 8 floors and auxiliary items such as yard, garden and parking lot.
After more than 1 year of implementation, the project has completed the construction of the load-bearing structure (beams, walls, load-bearing columns) and implemented items such as: construction of electricity supply system, water supply system, tiling. The volume reached nearly 50% of the contract value.
According to information from the construction unit, during the construction of the Inter-Agency Headquarters, there were some problems, but the investor and related parties worked together to resolve them. Currently, the progress is being accelerated.
When completed, the Inter-agency headquarters will not only help people conveniently complete administrative procedures but also be an architectural highlight and urban beauty of the newly established Pho Yen city.
