On April 25, news from the authorities said that Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Hong Hai signed a decision to administratively sanction Mr. N.N.H (born in 1984) for driving a car on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath.

According to the decision, Mr. H was fined 35 million VND for this act, and had his B2 driving license revoked for 23 months.

It is known that Mr. H is the Secretary of the Party Committee of a commune in Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province. Also according to the decision, Mr. H must strictly comply with this penalty decision.
