Mr. H was stopped by the traffic police for an alcohol test on the road in Ham Thuan Nam district. The alcohol concentration above 0.4 mg/l of breath is the highest in the penalty area for this behavior.
Also according to the decision, Mr. H must strictly comply with this penalty decision. If Mr. H does not voluntarily comply within the deadline, he will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.
