On April 25, news from the authorities said that Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Hong Hai signed a decision to administratively sanction Mr. N.N.H (born in 1984) for driving a car on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath.

According to the decision, Mr. H was fined 35 million VND for this act, and had his B2 driving license revoked for 23 months.

It is known that Mr. H is the Secretary of the Party Committee of a commune in Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province. Mr. H was stopped by the traffic police for an alcohol test on the road in Ham Thuan Nam district. The alcohol concentration above 0.4 mg/l of breath is the highest in the penalty area for this behavior.

Also according to the decision, Mr. H must strictly comply with this penalty decision. If Mr. H does not voluntarily comply within the deadline, he will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law. Mr. H also has the right to appeal or initiate an administrative lawsuit against the decision to sanction administrative violations according to the provisions of law.
