At 6:25 a.m. on November 22, the 114 Command Information Center - Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) received a report of a fire at a house at 57/37 An Da, Ho An Bien roundabout, Dang Giang ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong.
The leaders of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department mobilized 2 fire trucks of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team - Ngo Quyen District Police; 1 fire truck of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of the central area and 28 officers and soldiers of the units to the scene.
At the scene, fire and thick black smoke were coming from inside the house. The Fire Police and Rescue Force deployed reconnaissance around and inside the house, deployed fire sprinklers, broke the front glass door, cut the iron door behind the house and rescued 1 injured person from the fire and took him to the emergency room.
The fire was extinguished at 6:55 a.m. the same day, the fire area was about 20 square meters. The Fire Police and Rescue Force also sprayed water to cool down the fire and prevent it from spreading to other areas of the house and surrounding houses.
Information from Ngo Quyen District Police said that the house that caught fire had an area of 78 square meters, was equipped with portable fire extinguishers, and all members of the house were trained and educated on fire prevention and fighting and rescue by the People's Committee of Dang Giang Ward.
Currently, Ngo Quyen District Police received the scene, investigated the cause of the fire and calculated the damage according to regulations.
