According to statistics, from July 1 to July 17, the B'Lao Ward Public Administration Service Center (Lam Dong province) received and processed 323 administrative procedure records ahead of schedule and on time, reaching a rate of over 90%.
However, the center still has difficulty in resolving some procedures that are not yet connected. Among them, it is necessary to mention land or problems with transmission lines, standardization of civil status database...
In particular, up to now, the center has not been able to update the resolved documents to the National Public Service Portal.
This is the reason why B'Lao ward only achieved 2/100 points in the Administrative Procedure Digitization Index and ranked last among 124 commune, ward and special zone-level administrative units in Lam Dong province.

Mr. Pham The Long - Deputy Director of the B'Lao Ward Public Administration Service Center said that to ensure that people's records are not overdue, officials and civil servants must work on Saturdays and Sundays.
However, because the results of the application settlement have not been updated to the National Public Service Portal, the Center is rated as low, causing a certain impact on the psychology of cadres and civil servants.
According to Mr. Long, another problem is that on the National Public Service Portal, the unit of Ward B'Lao is listed as "(BLao). This may be the reason why the center cannot update the documents to the system.
At the meeting with Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Bui Thang (July 18), the leaders of B'Lao ward reported the above difficulties and problems.
Therefore, the working group requested the Government Office to re-examine the index scoring table serving people and businesses; at the same time, there should be solutions to adjust techniques, creating favorable conditions for the Center to update documents to the National Public Service Portal.
Receiving the proposal, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the provincial Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to review, resolve or propose to competent authorities to remove difficulties and shortcomings.
The goal is to create the most favorable conditions for the B'Lao Ward Public Administration Service Center to operate stably and effectively, serving the people better.
