As soon as the report was received, the Command Committee of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department directed the Waterway Police Team No. 2 to coordinate with the Hanoi Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department and Hong Ha Ward Police to urgently deploy forces to the scene for rescue.
At around 13:20 on the same day, the authorities rescued the young man and brought him safely to shore.
The identity of this person was identified as N.D.H (born in 1989, residing in Dong Anh district, Hanoi - the old administrative boundary).

After initial first aid, the victim was taken by the authorities in coordination with the 115 emergency center to 108 Military Hospital for further monitoring and treatment. At the same time, inform relatives to coordinate care.
