Ha Tinh - Heavy rain on the night of May 24 - early morning of May 25 caused many houses to be deeply flooded, causing heavy property damage.

Early on May 25, village officials and many people came to support the family of Mr. Dang Quoc Que (born in 1969, residing in Ky Cac village, Tan Lam Huong commune) to pick up the wet rice and onto a three-wheeled vehicle to transport it to the house of a household in the village with a factory on a high place to spread it out, to avoid damage and sprouting.

Mr. Que said that on the afternoon of May 24, his family harvested rice and transported dozens of bags of rice to leave in the fields. At night, the family fell asleep due to fatigue, heavy rain, and rapid water surges, causing many tons of rice to be wet.

Mr. Dang Hoang Le - Head of Ky Cac village - said that heavy rain and water pouring in quickly overnight caused about 25 households to enter their houses and fields, causing rice to be wet.

In addition, about 3 hectares of unharvested rice outside the fields were flooded and affected.
